Roadmap

A staged approach to Ethereum staking and Bitcoin mining.

  1. FY 26Q4

    CSM testnet deployment

Deploy a Lido Community Staking Module (CSM) validator on testnet. Validate key management, monitoring, recovery and exit procedures.

  2. FY 27Q1

    CSM mainnet launch

Bring the first CSM validator onto mainnet after testnet validation, with monitoring, alerting and incident response procedures in place.

  3. FY 27Q2

    Measured validator expansion

Expand CSM validator capacity in measured increments, guided by performance, capital requirements and operational resilience.

  4. FY 27Q3

    APX Staking platform pilot

Pilot a staking platform using Lido stVaults, with deposit, reporting and withdrawal flows validated before broader availability.

  5. FY 27Q4

    Independent validator

Deploy a standalone Ethereum validator with dedicated key custody, monitoring and exit procedures, building on the operating experience of earlier phases.

  6. FY 27Q4

    Bitcoin Mining & Hosting Feasibility

Evaluate company-operated Bitcoin mining and hosting customer-owned ASICs. Assess power availability, equipment efficiency, capital and operating costs, and potential sites or operating partners in West Texas, particularly around Abilene.

  7. FY 28Q1

    Mining Deployment Preparation

Evaluate viable power/site or hosting-partner arrangements, equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and the requirements for a small initial deployment. Proceed only if the economics are justified.

  8. FY 28Q2

    Bitcoin Mining Pilot

Target a limited deployment of Argus Pyx-owned miners following the anticipated 2028 halving, subject to validated operating economics. Use actual results to guide expansion.

  9. FY 28Q3

    Bitcoin Hosting Pilot (Conditional)

If feasibility and operating results support it, pilot hosting a small number of customer-owned miners. Customers would retain equipment ownership and control of their mining pools and Bitcoin payouts.

Target milestones. Progression depends on operational performance, security review and protocol readiness. Mining deployment also depends on the actual halving date and validated project economics.
